Terms and Conditions

By booking a stay or using our services through https://naserianmaracamp.com (“Site”), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservations.

 

1. Reservations and Payments

  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • All rates are quoted in the currency stated on our booking platform and are subject to applicable taxes and levies.

  • Payments can be made via approved methods as communicated during booking.

  • All rates are inclusive of VAT in US Dollars.

  • Accommodation rates per person per night sharing, expect for family tents and family suites, which are per family tent/family suite per night.

  • 11 -31 January 2019 and 1-20 December 2019 falls in Mid Season with a rate of USD 330 per person sharing per night.

  • Private vehicles can be pre-booked, subject to availability at an additional cost. Rates are per vehicle, per night.

  • Single supplement and child rates will be quoted upon request.

  • Long-Stay Rates: May be applied for a combination of &Beyond lodges in Africa (subject to seasonal availability of the offer), for the same guests on a single itinerary. These cannot be used in conjunction with any other &Beyond offers, including Signature offers.

  • All pricing is indicative and subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies will be shared at the time of booking and may vary by season or package.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the stated cancellation policy.

  • No-shows or early departures may result in forfeiture of the total booking amount.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Standard check-in time is 3:00PM, and check-out is 10:00AM.

  • Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Camp Rules and Guest Responsibility

  • Guests are expected to respect the natural environment, wildlife, staff, and fellow guests.

  • Naserian Mara Camp is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, valuables, or unattended items.

  • Any damage caused to camp property by a guest may result in charges.

5. Health and Safety

  • For your safety, guests must follow all instructions provided by camp staff, especially regarding wildlife interactions.

  • Naserian Mara Camp shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of life unless directly caused by negligence of the camp.

  • Guests are advised to obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance prior to arrival.

6. Force Majeure

Naserian Mara Camp shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, or government restrictions.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While every effort is made to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, Naserian Mara Camp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Participation in camp activities, excursions, and safaris is at the guest’s own risk.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
